Third Task: Magick Moste Evile
The Blogwarts library is doing rennovations, and there seems to be quite a few spellbooks missing from the Restricted Section!
That's why it's up to Blogwarts' 4 Houses to come up with brand new spell books for the library!
Your challenge this week is to create a spellbook featuring 7 BRAND NEW spells of your own making!
You will need to give a title to your spellbook, design its cover, and include 7 pages with 7 new magical spells. Each spell must come with its incantation, its effect, and a little explanation of its background - but no longer than 80 words! You may accompany each spell with a small illustration depicting its effect and/or the way it should be cast.
Your submissions should be presented by personal message, as 8 separate pages (a.k.a images) (1 for the cover and 1 for each spell).
Points will mainly be given for the spells themselves (creativity, inventiveness, cleverness, style), and of course the presentation as whole (cover design, illustrations, organization, cohesion).
You will have until Saturday, October 8th, 11:59 PM EST to present your spellbooks!
Points will be given out as follows:
1st place: 70 points 2nd place: 60 points 3rd place: 50 points 4th place: 40 points
Good Luck, Have Fun, And May The Magic Live On!

Some examples (full of pop culture references, whoopsies)
Gagsus Benefitum : allows people to take advantage of Milady Gagsus’ name to promote their own projects. Created by Pigrezio Swinimus circa 2012 after he had been uncovered as a Bloodsucking Voldinazi by none other than the Milady herself, in an attempt to create traffic for his flopping website. Notoriously helped Donna Madge the Prehistoric into regaining relevancy after using it in 2011 following the release of Born This Witch. Has been known to end careers of spellcasters.
Deletrius Obeso: used to guilt someone into deleting something off the internet and/or face of the earth, depending on the strength of the spell and the spellcaster’s level of desperation. It was conceived by the notorious torturer Demetria Amortensio in attempt to erase evidence of her keeping her little Squib sister Pootina the Disfigured imprisoned in a basement to save her family’s honor. Statistics show strong correlation between spell use and likelihood of being pressed and/or butthurt.
